After we are instructed by a client we ask them to provide information to use for the purpose of preparing the claim. This data will be placed on a secure system and only accessed by authorised Pragmaticum personnel and our clients.
Other than in preparing and submitting your claim Pragmaticum will not release any of your confidential or personal information to a third party or others within our organisation who are not directly involved with providing services to you.
If, in the course of the work we carry out in delivering our services to our client, we discover any situation or circumstances that meet the FCA definition of “suspicious activity” we will comply with our obligations to report such activity.
